The survival of humanity

Mankind is threatened by numerous man-made dangers as well as natural disasters. Our present economic, political, social and religio-philosophical institutions are inadequate to ensure our survival into the third millennium. Proposed reforms are to replace the: Artificial paper/electronic money with a reality based food-money Globalization and monopolistic capitalism with a true free market Stock market gambling with a secure investment mechanism Taxation chaos with consumption tax as the sole source of state income and abolishing counterproductive taxation of the production sector. Farce of representative democracy with contributory/participatory democracy Proposals are made to promote world peace and co-operation by: · Solving the ethical dilemma of killing for survival by research into photosynthetic food production · Reducing world population growth by abolishing socialism · Introducing an international language like Esperanto Creating a Vision for humanity to revitalize civilization.
