This collection features first-hand accounts from brave Afghan women who refuse to be silenced by the Taliban. Following decades of progress, the situation for women and girls in Afghanistan has drastically deteriorated since the Taliban regained control on August 15, 2021, leading to a regression in social, political, and economic freedoms.
