During his summer vacation in Dublin, Tobias visits his aunt and her twins, Emily and David. At a sailing regatta, they witness an attempt to sabotage Angus's boat. The trio, known as "The 3 Sleuths," investigates and suspects Angus's jealous half-brother, ultimately preventing another attack on their friend.
