The purpose of Deal is that the reader obtains a global vision of the domain of negotiation, and as a result, increases the strategic panoramas that can be used in different business scenarios. Deal is a guide whose objective is to encourage the reader to follow step-by-step the sequence presented, applicable to any situation and be able to avoid the most common flaws of a negotiation. "Practice makes perfect", and the author invites us to practice the concepts and ideas he presents in the chapters of DEAL. Many of the ideas that came together in the writing of Deal have been the result of observations that the author has collected from thousands of people from Mexico, Latin America and the United States.
