Keita Ali is on the run from Zantoroland, a mountainous island known for producing elite marathoners. He joins notorious agent Anton Hamm for a chance to run the Boston Marathon, hoping for a big payday. Keita's existence is illegal, and as he trains in secret, the stakes rise. He runs not only for his life but also for his sister’s, in a fast-paced narrative that explores the struggles of an undocumented refugee in a hostile nation.
