Deadlights Cove - 2: Deja Brew

Mehr zum Buch

Nimue Fitzpatrick never intended to leave Deadlights Cove, but after an impulsive kiss with her best friend, Kit Sayana, she found it easier to take freelance photography jobs elsewhere. Four years later, she realizes she has been avoiding him and the complicated feelings tied to that moment. Kit, burdened by the responsibilities of becoming the future Alpha of the Arrowwood skulk, has also struggled. He moved into an apartment above his tea shop, Immortali-Tea, seeking space while keeping a secret: since their kiss, he has known Nimue is his mate, a bond that is impossible due to their different species. When Nimue returns for her cousin Blaze’s Halloween party, the dynamic shifts. Despite their attempts to suppress their feelings, fate intervenes. As magic disrupts the town and panic ensues, Kit and Nimue must collaborate to address the crisis, reigniting their friendship in the process. Together, they navigate the challenges ahead, joined by a quirky group of locals. Their journey unfolds in the second installment of the Deadlights Cove series, where each book features a different couple but is best enjoyed in sequence. Readers are encouraged to start with the first book to follow the adventures of Petra and Blaze.
