The Phraseological Dictionary on DVD features around 35,000 phrasemes, offering a thorough exploration of the richness of Russian proverbs and a variety of idiomatic expressions, including counting-out rhymes, weather lore, omen sayings, riddles, tongue twisters, aphorisms, sententiae, dictums, and well-known quotes. Each phraseme is presented with phonetic transcription, and over 6,000 come with audio samples for proper pronunciation. The dictionary includes morphological details for all phrasemes, evaluates their frequency, characterizes them stylistically, and provides links to synonyms and antonyms. Additionally, approximately 95% of the phrasemes include their German equivalents. This resource serves as a comprehensive tool for understanding and utilizing the diverse range of phraseological units in both Russian and German, making it invaluable for language learners and enthusiasts alike.
