Lon L. Fuller Bücher

Lon Luvois Fuller war ein bedeutender Rechtsphilosoph, der 1964 in seinem Werk „Die Moral des Rechts“ die Verbindung zwischen Recht und Moral untersuchte. Fuller war viele Jahre Professor für Recht an der Harvard University und ist im amerikanischen Recht für seine Beiträge zum Vertragsrecht bekannt. Seine Debatte mit H. L. A. Hart im Harvard Law Review (Bd. 71) war von erheblicher Bedeutung für die Ausgestaltung des modernen Konflikts zwischen Rechtspositivismus und Naturrecht. Fuller beeinflusste maßgeblich Ronald Dworkin, der einer seiner Studenten in Harvard Law war.
