Focusing on public accelerators, this study explores their pivotal role as anchor tenants within entrepreneurial ecosystems, particularly in the context of Santiago, Chile. Through a detailed case study, it identifies five key steps in which these accelerators orchestrate resources, contributing to the early evolution of the ecosystem. The research culminates in a framework that highlights the significance of public accelerators in fostering entrepreneurial growth and development.
