Wenn Kinder dieses Märchen hören, freuen sie sich, dass ein Kind den Mut hat, die Wahrheit zu rufen. Die Angst der Erwachsenen dumm da zu stehen, verhindert das mutige Einstehen für die eigene Meinung. Interessant illustriert sind doch die Figuren in diesem Bilderbuch, Tiere mit fast menschlichen Zügen. Ein lustiges Bilderbuch, das man schon den kleinen Kindern erzählen kann.
