Alan Aldridge war ein britischer Künstler, Grafikdesigner und Illustrator, dessen Stil den Zeitgeist seiner Ära perfekt einfing. Seine Arbeit für Penguin Books, einschließlich einer Reihe von Science-Fiction-Buchcovern, und seine Beteiligung an der visuellen Identität der Beatles und Apple Corps prägten den Grafikstil der 1960er und 70er Jahre.
