Její pohnuté osudy ztvárnil kreslíř Ken Krimstein v oceňovaném komiksovém životopisu. V souladu s tezí Hanny Arendtové, podle níž myslet a žít spadá pro člověka vjedno, představuje Krimstein v pronikavých zkratkách hlavní motivy její filosofie, neopomíjí však ani filosofii Martina Heideggera nebo Waltera Benjamina.
Ken Krimstein (* 1958) kreslí pro New Yorker, Punch, Wall Street Journal i jinde. Psal pro The New York Observer, New Yorker’s Diary a publikoval na online serverech, např. na McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, Yankee Pot Roast nebo Mr. Beller’s Neighborhood. Je autorem knihy o židovských karikaturistech Kvetch as Kvetch Can: Jewish Cartoons a učí na DePaul University a School of the Art Institute v Chicagu. Žije v Evanstonu ve státě Illinois. Tři životy Hanny Arendtové získaly cenu Bernard J. Brommel Award for Biography and Memoir a umístil se v užším výběru ceny National Jewish Book Awards. Časopisy Forbes a Comics Journal jej zařadily mezi nejlepší komiksy roku 2018.
