Der dritte Teil von "Judas Der Ertz-Schelm" bietet einen unveränderten Nachdruck der Originalausgabe von 1692. Das Werk beleuchtet die komplexe Figur Judas und seine Rolle in der biblischen Erzählung, während es zugleich die gesellschaftlichen und theologischen Fragestellungen der damaligen Zeit reflektiert. Die hochwertige Aufmachung des Nachdrucks ermöglicht es, die historischen und kulturellen Kontexte besser zu verstehen und die literarischen Qualitäten des Originals zu schätzen.

Das „magische Testament eines hebräischen Gnostikers“ konnte sich auf Anhieb als Standartwerk der Magie etablieren und behaupten. Die positive Resonanz aus der Szene, die guten Besprechungen („die Bibel der Magie“ Michael D. Eschner) und die ungebrochene Nachfrage haben uns von einer weiteren Auflage überzeugt. Es gibt Details im Kerntext, die dank Aufarbeitung weiterer Handschriften (u. a. Wolfenbüttel von 1608, Dresden ca. 1720) ergänzt oder korrigiert werden konnten. Neue Fakten über das Leben des Abraham von Worms hat der Autor regelrecht ausgegraben und das Ergebnis seiner Ägypten-Expedition wurde ausgewertet. Der Apparat wurde erweitert, Fußnoten im Text eingearbeitet. Die magischen Quadrate konnten überarbeitet werden und zeigen nun, zusammen mit den ca. 400 Geisternamen, eine Revision der magischen Wissenschaft, insofern sie von Bardon und Crowley beeinflußt sind. Beide Autoren schöpfen sehr wesentlich aus den um die Jahrhundertwende gängigen Abramelin-Ausgaben und haben deren Irrtümer übernommen. Mit dem neuen Abramelin, der die ultimative Fassung darstellt, kann ein wesentlicher Schritt zur Korrektur geleistet werden. Die Standortbestimmung der Magie, jenseits von Aberglaube, Zauberei und eitler Selbstdarstellung, ganz im Sinne einer Weisheitslehre und eines Einweihungsweges, erfährt mit diesem Werk eine klare Konkretisierung. Fotos, Graphiken, Faksimiles und Karten runden das Gesamtbild ab.
