This thesis outlines a method for analyzing construction operations using micro tunnel boring machines (MTBM) through process simulation. The aim is to create a versatile simulation module for microtunnelling that helps assess processes and identify key factors affecting construction productivity. It also examines the impact of various soil conditions and disturbances on microtunnelling efficiency. Initially, a System Modeling Language (SysML) model is developed to describe the microtunnelling process, incorporating three diagram types: block definition, state machine, and sequence diagrams. This simulation model facilitates a comprehensive understanding of the microtunnelling process and identifies necessary data variables. The AnyLogic software is then employed to develop the MiSAS (Microtunnelling: Statistics, Analysis and Simulation) module based on the SysML framework, utilizing discrete event simulation (DES) and system dynamics (SD) modeling. Validation is conducted using three actual microtunnelling projects in Recklinghausen, Germany. Following validation, the module is enhanced to consider different soil types and operational disturbances, enabling evaluation of their effects on tunnel advance rates. A sensitivity analysis further investigates how varying resources influence the MTBM's progress. The conference featured ten presentations, covering topics such as 3D technology, NPC behavior development, historical mode
