Then the dreadful Charlie Smugg bets Trevor that Streaker can't beat his Alsatians in the agility test at the local dog show. If Trevor loses, it's a bath in the terrible horse trough again. Of course, Tina will help, but how on earth are they going to train Streaker in time?
