Running Downwind

The story follows Mick McFarland, a famous celebrity who retreats to the Louisiana swampland after the tragic murder of his pregnant fiancée. A year later, seeking solitude, he attempts to escape the media but ends up shipwrecked off Padre Island during a storm. There, he is rescued by Julia Lawrence, a woman with her own haunting past linked to JFK's assassination. Their paths intertwine as they confront their traumas and seek redemption in a world filled with shadows and secrets.
