As a mom, EMT, and daughter, I was plagued with traumatic events, anxiety, PTSD, and survivor's guilt. I am navigating my way back to a sense of normalcy. Coming back from the dark places that first responders have to go in their mind to keep going. Grief is forever a part of life. Never give up; never quit. Keeping perspective and a good attitude will lead to growing and moving forward. Embrace all of your struggles that got you to this point to be the stronger person you are today.
