A fine type book. Some 1,700 laser typefaces from the Linotype library are displayed in a tabular format that puts a character in column with that character from other faces. Lacks a taxonomist's "key"; one must select from eight style groupings and grope among these if trying to name the type used in a piece of printing. Annotation copyright Book News, Inc. Portland, Or.
