Guter Wohnungsbau ist mehr als das einzelne Haus: Städtebau, Verkehrsanbindung, Erreichbarkeit von infrastrukturellen Einrichtungen, Erschließungssituation und die Ausformulierung und Gestaltung von Zwischenbereichen haben entscheidenden Einfluss auf die Wohnqualität und das soziale Miteinander der Bewohner.
