Das Buch macht eine anschauliche Auslegeordnung, ohne allerdings bei den einzelnen Anwendungen zu sehr in die Tiefe zu gehen. In acht Kapiteln wird man in das Finden und Aufbereiten von authentischem Internet-Material (Texte, Audio-, Videodateien), elektronischen Wörterbüchern, Chat Rooms u. Ä. für den Unterricht eingeführt. Auch eine Kurzeinführung in den Gebrauch von Electronic Whiteboards, Digicams und sogar PowerPoint fehlt nicht.
