Old Cambuslang

Cows being herded along Greenlees Road, a line-up of Cambuslang Rangers FC, the old Toll Pit in Hamilton Road and the now-demolished Clyde's Mill power station are some of the places featured in Old Cambuslang. There are many excellent pictures of Main Street prior to its redevelopment in the 1960s, showing it bustling with life in a way that has completely been lost since the demolition of one side of it and its widening to a dual carriageway.
