The Blue Lagoon - A Romance

Set on a remote island, the narrative follows cousins Dicky and Emmeline Lestrange, who are raised by a sailor until his death. Alone and confused, they retreat deeper into the island, where they grow up together and develop a romantic bond. Their innocence regarding life, death, and sexuality leads to an instinctive conception and the birth of their son, Hannah. Their idyllic life is abruptly disrupted, forcing them to confront the realities of their existence beyond their tropical paradise.
