Der Arbeitnehmer gefährdet unter Umständen seinen Anspruch auf Arbeitslosengeld oder riskiert steuerrechtliche Nachteile, der Arbeitgeber läuft Gefahr, dass aus der Trennung in gutem Einvernehmen ein langwieriger Prozess vor dem Arbeitsgericht wird.
