Es beinhaltet erstmalig Kennzahlen zur Quantifizierung und Algorithmen zur Kostenermittlung aller 7 Verschwendungsarten, wodurch bereits während der Planung die Lokalisierung und Reduzierung von Verschwendung ermöglicht wird.
