Roger Fry

    Roger Fry war ein englischer Künstler und Kunstkritiker, der die britische Kunstwahrnehmung maßgeblich prägte. Nachdem er sich als Kenner der Alten Meister etabliert hatte, wurde er zu einem entscheidenden Verfechter der modernen französischen Malerei, der er den Begriff Post-Impressionismus gab.
