Die Studie untersucht das Verhalten von Handelskrediten in nicht-finanziellen Unternehmen in Pakistan, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf den Textilsektor. Anhand von Paneldaten, die sowohl Zeitreihen- als auch Querschnittsdaten der an der Karachi Stock Exchange notierten Unternehmen aus den Jahren 2006 bis 2012 umfassen, wird das Verhalten von Handelskrediten auf Angebots- und Nachfrageseite analysiert. Ziel ist es, ein besseres Verständnis für die Dynamik der Handelskredite in diesem wichtigen Wirtschaftssektor zu entwickeln.

The study focuses on the production of thermotolerant enzymes from various Bacillus species isolated from soil and water. Key enzymes such as protease, amylase, lipase, cellulase, and chitinase were produced under specific conditions at 50°C. Notably, B. polymyxa strains excelled in producing protease, amylase, and cellulase, while B. lentus was identified as an effective chitinase producer. Multiple Bacillus strains, including B. circulans and B. stearothermophilus, contributed to lipase production, highlighting the potential of these microorganisms for biotechnological applications.
