Čtveřici trampských pohádek "dle Pajdova vyprávění" v potu tváře sepsal a utřídil a s původními ilustracemi Marko Čermáka vlastním nákladem vydal Josef Bláha – Řešetlák v roce 1981 pro své kamarády. Později k nim přibyla ještě pohádka pátá. Nyní jde o obnovené a oficiální vydání.
The book Redemption in the Lurianic Kabbalah and Its Branches deals with a little known aspect of Rabbi Luria’s mystic teaching, about Redemption. The author of the book is grateful to Prof. Ronit Meroz from Tel Aviv University for her book on this subject which was Prof. Meroz’s doctoral work at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1988. The author of this book has taught this subject to US students at the University in Prague for several semesters. Rabbi Luria influenced in an immense way not only Judaism, but even some Christian thinkers, as for example the philosopher Gottfried Wilhelm Leibnitz and the modern theologian Jürgen Moltmann. Everybody will agree that our world needs improvement, and the teaching of Rabbi Luria offers a sort of hope for a better world.

Druhé vydání pozoruhodné knížky z roku 1911, jíž chtěl hronovský knihtiskař Josef Bláha spolu se svými spolupracovníky náležitě představit město a jeho okolí. Je to zároveň první průvodce po atraktivní krajině Náchodska. S knihou je nerozlučně spjat její secesní vzhled, který zůstal do jisté míry zachován, aby čtenářům přiblížil atmosféru časů před první světovou válkou. Do druhého vydání však jsou v souladu s dnešními zvyklostmi v hojném množství přidány dobové obrázky, které v originále chyběly. Kniha vychází při příležitosti 660. výročí první písemné zmínky o Hronově.
Judaism in Spain had a long and rich history. The Jews were part of Spain, even if they were often persecuted and in the year 1492 they were expelled. The Jewish population was very prolific in Poetry,1 Philosophy,2 in especially religious poetry3. It is important to say that the Jewish Mysticism in Europe has had one of its oldest centers in Gerona in northern Spain. Rabbi Moses ben Nahman4, Rabbi Azriel5, and many other Kabbalists were among the first in Europe who interpreted the Torah in the way of the Kabbalah. The Revolution in the Spanish Kabbalah came with Rabbi Moshe de Leon (1240–1305). In the time of his youth, he read The Guide of the Perplexed by Maimonides.6 Moshe de Leon was however more and more attracted by the mystical understanding of the Torah. He is often considered as the main author of the Zohar. Meanwhile after Gershom Scholem thought that he was probably the main author of the Zohar, modern Scholars of the Kabbalah concluded that the composition of the Zohar was much more complicated.7 The Zohar is in fact the first kabbalistic commentary on the Torah. The translation of this book into English by Daniel C. Matt was an outstanding enterprise. The Zohar became the third canonical text of Judaism, only after the Hebrew Scriptures and the Talmud. With the book – printing there came a revolution in the distribution of the Zohar. 1
Kniha Judaismus a láska je souborem článků o židovské teologii, filosofii a mystice. Také jsou zde obsaženy překlady hebrejských básní ze středověkého Španělska, především dvou novoplatoniků, Šlomo ibn Gabirola (1021-1070) a Moše ibn Ezry (1058-1138). Kromě těchto dvou básníků je zde přeloženo do češtiny mnoho básní ze dvacátého století, z nichž některé byly zhudebněny. Českému čtenáři se kromě teologických, filosofických a mystických textů dostávají do rukou ve velké většině poprvé překlady hebrejských básní, které v češtině ještě nevyšly.
Tato kniha pojednává o některých aspektech židovské mystiky, kabaly, a také středověké židovské filosofie, respektive o vlivu arabské filosofie na filosofii židovskou. Předposlední kapitola této knihy se věnuje rabínské a kabalistické interpretaci vybraných Žalmů. To, o co mi šlo, je zdůraznit, že Tora a kabala jsou v rámci judaismu vzájemně propojeny. Mystické sjednoceni s Bohem je ale možné v judaismu, křesťanství, i ve východních náboženstvích. Ačkoliv se profesor Gershom Scholem, pionýr na poli zkoumáni kabaly, domníval, že úplné sjednocení s Bohem v kabale nebylo, současný nejvýznamnější vědec v oblasti bádaní v rámci kabaly, profesor Moše Idel, přesvědčivě dokazuje, že i ve středověké kabale toto sjednocení existovalo – o tom pojednávám v první kapitole.
