ICT4D provides an authoritative account of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in contemporary development practice. Le XIXe siècle est témoin d’un phénomène étonnant et paradoxal. D’une part, une nouvelle écriture «réaliste», s’appuyant sur un style scientifique et objectif, exprime de plus en plus nettement la conscience du monde extérieur.
