In the second volume of the interdisciplinary research project on the "Reconstruction of the environment and subsistence at the Habur in the Late Holocene," five contributions present data on the current regional environment: geology (W. The volume concludes with an evaluation of the political-historical impact of anthropogenic changes in the Habur region due to Dūr-Katlimmu (1300-539 BCE), contrasting these effects with the enhanced livability and economic security that resulted (H.
