Michael Meier, Christoph Franz, Aufmachen? Aufmachen!

The interest of a pair of artists, Michael Meier & Christoph Franz (born in 1980 and 1982 respectively), is in models of particular locations. They engage in an archaeology of the present, investigating that moment in our perception in which past, present and future interlock and when all clear notions of linear history disintegrate. In their major solo show at Kunstmuseum Olten they modify, expand and shift perspectives.
