Focusing on the challenges of water resource management in arid-semiarid regions, this dissertation examines the conflicts between water use, mining, and environmental protection. Through comprehensive hydrogeological studies and innovative methodologies, it analyzes water resource distribution in the Shen-Dong Coal Mine area, assessing domestic, agricultural, and industrial water uses.
