Scratch and Sniff

Scratch and Sniff are a collie and a dachshund belonging to W P C Rosy Penrose. She is a little bit ditsy and is always given the rotten jobs to do by Sergeant Snide. When there's been a big robbery at Doogood's department store, Rosy is left behind to count traffic cones. As usual, she never gets to see any of the real police action.
