It emphasizes the development of optimal Kalman filters to minimize arm length noise caused by clock noise. By applying increasingly complex Kalman filters, the research achieves significant improvements in estimating key parameters like constellation arm length and Doppler frequencies, enhancing the precision of constellation-level data processing beyond previous methods.
