Exploring the nature of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs), this thesis examines hyperaccreting neutron-star disks as potential central engines. It analyzes the structure and neutrino emissions of these disks, distinguishing between inner and outer regions. The neutron-star disks demonstrate more efficient cooling and greater neutrino luminosity compared to black hole disks. Additionally, the influence of a global magnetic field on these disks is investigated. The work includes a comprehensive review of GRB progenitors and central engines, providing insights into the phenomenon.
