Mr. Putter and his cat, Tabby, seek relief from the summer heat and boredom after running out of orangesicles. Their neighbor, Mrs. Teaberry, proposes a sightseeing cruise, which brings them joy and the refreshing treat they crave. However, their adventure takes an unexpected turn when they encounter a problem involving Mrs. Teaberry's dog, Zeke, as they prepare to return home.
