Despite its theoretical advancements, companies have been hesitant to adopt it due to a lack of methodological rigor. The author aims to create a comprehensive project methodology that guides organizations through the implementation of Process Mining, utilizing the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) and building upon existing theoretical frameworks and literature.
