Melt My Wings

The story follows twenty-two-year-old Jim Icarus as he embarks on a life-changing trek to the base camp of Mount Everest with his father, Alex. Their adventure takes a dramatic turn when Jim saves a boy from a burning helicopter and falls in love with Charley, an emergency physician. As Alex battles high altitude sickness, a series of fortunate events, including the arrival of medical professionals and specialized equipment, leads to his recovery.
