Improving Primary Health Care Delivery in Nigeria: Evidence from Four States

Focusing on the performance of primary health care providers in Nigeria, this study examines four states to identify improvement strategies. It emphasizes the importance of clearly defined responsibilities and suggests implementing performance-based financing for local governments and health providers as key solutions to enhance service delivery and outcomes in the healthcare system.
