Focusing on the experiences of fathers with preterm infants, this study employs a hermeneutic phenomenological approach to uncover their unique challenges and emotions. Through interviews and personal photographs, five fathers share their journeys, revealing themes such as anticipation, worry, and the evolving nature of fatherhood. The insights gained aim to enhance nursing education and inform care practices for fathers, emphasizing the need for support in both community and hospital settings during this critical time.
