Lesson Simulation on Pronunciation

Teaching English pronunciation poses challenges for many educators, often stemming from inadequate training or personal difficulties, especially among non-native speakers. The scarcity of comprehensive resources in textbooks contributes to the reluctance to incorporate pronunciation lessons. This paper emphasizes the necessity for teachers to integrate exercises on sounds, stress, intonation, and connected speech into their lessons. By doing so, they can better equip students for real-world communication, moving beyond the confines of the classroom.
