PRAYER, The Catalyst for Climate ChangeWith the world abuzz on the issue of Climate Change and its effects on our environment globally, this topic has become a part of many if not every conversation and agenda, including the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. However, there is much more to Climate Change than many realize, and it is not an issue that began in this century. Everywhere we look, it is becoming increasingly undeniable that Climate Change is bigger than the human race and deeper than just being about us. God created the environment perfectly. However, it is man’s actions – decisions, choices, laws and value systems, as well as man’s compromised moral standards and level of greed which have brought us all to this point. Indeed, man’s actions determine what happens in and to our environment at every level. If we are to address Climate Change in its entirety, we need to have the balanced view of both spiritual and natural elements, and the Creator cannot be excluded from the Creation. Prayer, The Catalyst For Climate Change, identifies the problems and shows the solutions from a balanced perspective, to bring change; and to help us all recognize that Prayer is the number one catalyst for Climate Change.
