The Approachability Factor

Maybe you think you are already approachable. Maybe you don't care if you are or not. Maybe you know someone who needs this skill. Maybe you know someone who is losing something or everything because he or she has not had this book to read. This short book is about communicating with and influencing others with a positive approach.
