Web and communication technologies and Internet related social issues

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Conference on Human. Society@Interet, HSI 2003, held in Seoul, Korea, in June 2003. The 57 revised full papers and 31 revised short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 219 submissions.
