Entwicklung einer Apparatur zur Gewinnung von Proben aus Bohrkernen unter In-situ-Druck

Abstract This thesis addresses the development of an apparature to perform sub-sampling on a pressure core, which was obtained under in situ pressure. Such pressurized samples will be used for the research of marine gas hydrates and microbiology in the deep strata below the sea floor, a research area, which is also known as “deep biosphere”.
