With the issue of Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) convergence, different players in the area of telecommunications, media and information technology have joined hands in order to provide converged products, services and applications. This work aimed at investigating the characteristics of the convergence process and the use of these characteristics to devise price strategies from a supplier’s perspective. The work took a theoretical approach where existing pricing strategies were investigated in context to the ICT characteristics in the convergence process. Another dimension of this work took a practical approach where investigation of the same phenomenon was conducted with a small case example. This eventually led to the formulation and prescription of various economic regulatory and policy issues from a supplier’s standpoint.
