The text includes the transcript of a 1981 interview with Dichter and an essay by Dichter on "Interpretive versus Descriptive Research." Also included are a conversation with his widow, Hedy Dichter; an essay by his son, Thomas Dichter; and interviews with advertising expert Patrick Schierholz, the media film editor Christian Mikunda, and one of the scientific forerunners of constructivism, the psychotherapist Paul Watzlawik.
