A Good Man in Africa

Set in the small African republic of Kinjanja, the story follows British diplomat Morgan Leafy, whose personal vices and disdain for his surroundings hinder his career. As he stumbles through his duties, an unexpected chance arises when he is tasked with overseeing the frontrunner in the national elections as part of Operation Kingpin. This pivotal moment offers him the prospect of gaining professional respect and the possibility of a new assignment, despite his chaotic lifestyle.
