Electrical Properties of Graphite Nanoparticles in Silicone. Flexible Oscillators and Electromechanical Sensing

This thesis explores a novel flexible electronic material ideal for stretchable amplifiers and memory elements, which exhibits spontaneous oscillations that increase with applied pressure, mimicking pressure-sensing neurons. It details the study of the negative differential resistance in current-voltage curves and the effects of temperature and functionalization on the material's properties.
