The Irish Spy

Set against the backdrop of WWI and the subsequent Irish War of Independence, the story follows Trevor Sullivan, an Irish-American officer wounded while serving with the Lost Battalion. After the war, he marries an Irish art student in Paris, intertwining their families' histories of rebellion against British rule. As the narrative unfolds in 1920, it captures the shifting tides of Irish sentiment, highlighting the growing support for independence compared to the earlier Easter Rising.
