Operational Encirclements: Can the U.S. Military Decisively Follow Through?

The study examines four historical case studies to reveal the U.S. military's overreliance on firepower and technology, which has hindered effective ground maneuvers. It argues that military doctrine has not adequately supported these operations, limiting their execution and potential impact.
